Publisher's Descriptions
Tuna is an applescript that will generate a php file with a bunch of variables filled out, each full of useful information about the current state of iTunes, including: the current state of itunes (playing, stopped, paused, fast forwarding or rewinding); the current track's name, artist, album, genre, play count, rating (out of 100), file size (in bytes), equaliser, bit rate, sample rate, the dates the track was added, modified and last played, and the elapsed, remaining and total time of the track. The script also lets you choose what information you want generated from the above list, and can be easily modified to show more information as iTunes matures. It will then take the generated file and upload it to the ftp server of your choice. pretty easy, hey? yeaaaah, I thought so too. Use it to show what you're listening to in iTunes via your php-enabled web site. Impress your friends, annoy your parents! You *know* you want to...
